Investor & Lender Information Packs

Financial reports, forecasts and supporting information for lenders, investors and other stakeholders.

Overview

How we help with Investor & Lender Information Packs

Investors and lenders form a view of management from the quality of the reporting as much as from the numbers in it. Consistent, well-presented information buys credibility.

We prepare the recurring pack your stakeholders expect: performance against plan, cash position and forecast, covenant compliance where it applies, and commentary that explains variances rather than restating them. The format stays consistent so trends are visible period to period.

For fundraising or refinancing we prepare the fuller information required for due diligence, including the historic analysis and forecast support that lenders and investors work through.

FAQs

Investor & Lender Information Packs — common questions

How often do lenders expect reporting?

It depends on the facility. Quarterly management accounts and covenant certificates are common; some facilities require monthly information.

What if we are going to breach a covenant?

Tell the lender early, with a forecast and a plan. Breaches discovered by the lender are handled far less sympathetically than ones disclosed in advance.

How is your fee worked out?

Fixed fee, agreed before we start. Pricing depends on the size and complexity of your business, so get in touch for a free, no-obligation quote.

Can you help if we're switching from another accountant?

Yes. We handle professional clearance with your previous accountant and update the agent authorisations with HMRC and Companies House, so you don't have to manage the handover.
